Before becoming a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Latosha Haywood spent seven years as a 911 call-taker and emergency communications operator — authoring police reports, conducting preliminary investigations, and holding the line through other people's worst moments.

That background means partnering organizations get more than credentials. They get a clinician who understands operational pressure, shift work, vicarious trauma, and the specific toll of service professions — and who can speak credibly to the people doing that work.

Care is delivered via secure telehealth, with documentation, billing, and contracting handled professionally from a registered Illinois practice.
